28 Christie Street is a well known off campus home for many generations of RPI students. It is a 2 minute walk to the school and one of many Bunkabl RPI rentals on the same street, so students really feel like part of the RPI community, even while living off campus. We recently came together as a community to paint 28 Christie's garage with a community mural to foster acceptance and unity as a neighborhood. We are truly grateful to all the students and tenants and neighbors who joined in to make this dream a reality. We are very proud of our community mural and hope to continue to do more to lift up our neighborhood and spread love, joy and peace.
28 Christie is massive, with huge ceilings and great light thanks to the many enormous windows throughout the house. There is parking for 2 cars (yay!) and a landscaped yard with a picnic table for social gatherings. Another little treat is in the spring, our neighbor's lilac tree blooms and it perfumes the whole house!

21 Christie Street was added to Bunkabl's off campus housing portfolio in 2021 - it is just across the street from 28 Christie, 25 Christie & 46 14th Street - many of you may know it for the gorgeous old Italian meat's advertisement painted on the side. We've loved this building since the first time we laid eyes on it, and now it's finally ours! We completed renovations in Jan 2021, with all new floors, bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms with full beds. The apartments are humongous with almost identical features to 28 Christie (tons of windows, soaring ceilings) and there is freshly paved parking available for 4 cars.

20 Bank Street is a fantastic student rental on a safe, quiet street within walking distance of RPI 1 block away from the rest of our buildings on Christie Street. We love this building because it can be split into two separate apartments, or we can combine it into one big house for 6 friends. Either way, it's a wonderful place to live with your best buds at RPI.
The house is bright and airy, with lots of windows, whitewashed walls and soaring ceilings. There is a grill in the backyard for anyone to use. It's been wonderful to watch this neighborhood blossom into a vibrant RPI community. 25 Christie is one of our few 2 bedroom buildings and it books up fast! We genuinely care about our tenants and do our best to keep them safe and happy. Konstantinos and Phoebe Pantazis bought their first Troy home in 2017 and immediately realized how much they loved renting to RPI students. K+P are dedicated to keeping their tenants happy, from planting gardens or sending pizza - their tenants know they are only a text away.
Rocco Pantazis was rescued from a shelter in 2017 and has been a very good boy ever since. His interests include belly rubs, acting like an old man, RPI students and cheese of any kind.
